The Philosophy behind It Is What It Is

Don't misunderstand.  This phrase can be manipulated in many different meanings so for the sake of this blog I want to share what it means to me.  Feel free to tell me yours.

I think this phrase is just saying that you can't get crazy over things you have no control of.

It isn't a phrase to support complacency by no means.
I'm a staunch believer in change and I say we revolt against our government and unjust laws and revolt against the idea that we should just settle for mediocrity.  NO!!  POWER TO THE PEOPLE!!!  :0)

I believe that we must recognize those moments that will come along in life and understand that the only thing we can do is pray and let God do the rest in his timing and will.

We don't have to have the control all the time.  We shouldn't even try.  Somethings get better results when you have the intimate conversation with our creator that we call praying and ask, what will you have me do.  If his answer comes to you in a word...accept, then it is what it is.
